What happens after you send it
It lands with a person at eJukebox, not in a ticket queue, and we normally come back the same day. The first reply is usually a couple of questions about the room, because that is what the channels get built around - and if it is a trial you are after, we will put a date to it there and then.
What is useful to tell us
None of it is required. All of it saves a round trip.
- How many areas need sound. Front bar, bistro, beer garden, gaming room. Two zones come as standard, so the count matters.
- What is playing in there now. A phone on the aux, a radio, a competitor, or nothing at all. It changes both the advice and the licence.
- When your busy hours are. A music director builds the run sheet around them, so the room is already on the right channel at five o'clock.
- What sort of venue it is. A country pub, a laneway wine bar, an RSL, a cafe and a bottle shop all want different rooms.
